Pre-registration Checklist

I have a valid permit. I will enter my permit #, issued date, and expiration date on the registraion form.

I am willing to make Driver Education my #1 priority over ALL extra curricular activities.

I have checked the dates for the course I'm going to register for and confirm there is ZERO conflict and I'll attend every class.

I have read all the Terms & Conditions for Driver Education.View terms & conditions

I understand full payment is due at time of registration to complete the process.

I understand there is a Manditory Parent/Guardian Meeting. Failure to attend results in an automatic drop from the course. My parent/guardian is aware of the date and time.

I understand there are 2 parts to Driver Education: 30 hours of Classroom time and a MINIMUM OF: 6 Behind the Wheel drive times (2 hours each - 6 hours of driving and 6 hours of observation, 12 hours total)

I have checked all the classroom days & times and there is zero conflict. Behind the Wheel time is in addition to classroom time and wont be scheduled until after the Manditory Parent Meeting. The schedule is based on Instructor availability and is first come first serve. I understand I might not get the day and time I prefer.

 I understand Driver Education courses are in high demand and registration fills up quickly and I might not get into the course.

My parent(s)/guardian(s) and I are ready to partner with Mid Columbia Auto Academy LLC to attend all the classes AND behind the wheel drives with a positive attitude and ready to learn. Together we can help make our roads and community safer.
